Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Protek account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
